  1. I’m a little reluctant to read the entire work, although it has attracted my attention.

    A doubt, until the end of the work Makoto enters a relationship (romance) with some character (Tomoe or Mio or another)?

    1. it’s a great story. we’re still off from the ending, though it seems at the moment, the story is reaching some kind of climax soon. the MC has developed greatly and the cast of side characters are plenty with somewhat good stories around. i still find myself reading older chapters once in a while and check back on here on a (now) weekly base looking for updates.

  3. I finally caught up(297), I love the series but kinda regret binge reading it for a whole month because it is still unfinished and seems like the author is currently on hiatus

    But seriously I was hoping someday Makoto would kill Tomoki or maybe at least thrown him into the gate(if Shiki manages to control the self-proclaimed god ‘gate’) and why did Bug even give that skill called charm to him anyway?

The heroes are to be rulers than shape the world in her image so having demonic charm eyes or charisma will make people follow them so they can become kings who will make the people worship the goddess. Even Hibiki said to keep the system and make everybody worship the Bug goddess even though she found the goddess faults.       Raidou is kind of like an honorary title/name. Sort of like, “Follower of Kuzonoha” or “Protector of Kuzonoha”. They are supposed to be the guards and protectors of family. Nothing else actually matches in terms of storyline and characters. It just happened to be a coincedence they based the character off the same legend. (For example, being able to talk to all animals/creatures/living beings).

If so, the last volume released seems to be about Limia Arc, which means there is still one more volume to be released until the light novel catch up to the web novel.   30. I have read all of the chapters so far and untill now I have never been bothered by the fact that an author was going hiatus, I hope he publishes more chapters. Reigokai-sama I thank you from the bottom of my heart for translating these series, I have read atleast a few hundred story books but this one easily takes first place, again thank you for all of your hard work.

  31. Just got finished reading em’ all, pity that there’s still a hiatus, but really the later chapters kind of started to lose the charm of the earlier ones it feels like Makoto underwent some kind of nerf for the sake of having opponents?
    Also like, really, basically no advancements in the relationship with Mio or Tomoe, moments like when he experienced the alternate future with him kissing Tomoe, the first hotsprings scenes and other such thing i thought maybe we’d get some advancement but it just ended up the same, it seems like the author wants to advance it in the recent chapters but man i don’t trust it

  43. I went to alphapolis and many of the raw chapters need to be paid for and the free chapters were around a hundred so you probably translated more.
    Did you translated those chapters too or the equivalents from the WN nor not? (To clarify, I’m not demanding you to bought them so I can read it, just curiosity)

    1. Yes, they are all translated chapters. The author simply moved his chapters from one site to another. In other words, there has been no new chapters, you can tell by the date of the latest chapter’s upload.

  53. It’s a strange novel. Frankly it’s my absolute favourite and one I eagerly wait for more updates (even re read the story from start to finish and that includes the manga), but if I were asked if it’s the best written work I’d have to say no. There are also quite a few hurdles that lead to many others dropping the story early on. “Read the manga first”, is what I recommend if you want to try getting into this long adventure. If you get invested enough then check out the translated chapters here! If I were asked “what is your favourite aspect of this novel?” I’d answer with Makoto and his followers. The chemistry, comedic, and sweet moments are just so, so good!

    This is a fantastic piece of work………..story wise the development is a bit slow……the main story that is(reason of him being in another world since birth and parents deal with the godess)…….action wise it is magic oriented …….character development is excellent…………and there are some weird THOTS around to keep an eye for.
    All in all it is a must read for the isekai genre as it has some non-generic aspects(gods……..various gods).

    The translators are commendable for their research in mythologies and the choice of words and the simplification of the terms.
    Support from India……………….Keep it ip!!!!!!!!!!

  66. why does it feel like there was a change to mc’s personality after he goes to the school? It’s like he became an edge lord. The way how he acts, like someone who wants to see the world burn, from time to time bothers me. I’m at ch 364 btw.

    1. I’m pretty sure Trashmoki is the only edge lord we have in this novel. Makoto is more like a closet psychopath. Even in the manga, it was implied that in his childhood he pretty much didn’t care about the loss of life whether it would be his own or towards others.

    I really liked this novel but I’ve stop readin’ it way back 2018 bcuz of the news that they’re on hiatus thinking that it might never continue again, sooo good thing that they’re back also thank you for translating this reigokai…. (Sorry for my grammar)
